What this website collects

This website has no contact forms, no accounts and no advertising or tracking cookies. We don't sell or rent anyone's information.

Booking and payments

When you book, you're taken to Vagaro, our booking provider. Your name, contact details, appointment details and card on file are collected and stored by Vagaro under Vagaro's privacy policy. We see what we need to schedule and care for you, and we never see your full card number.

Health and treatment information

Intake, consent and treatment notes you give us are used only to plan and provide safe care. They're stored in our booking system and shared only with you, or when the law requires it.

Messages

If you call or text us, we use your number only to reply about your appointment or question. Vagaro may send appointment confirmations and reminders by email or text. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.

Other services this site uses

Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and show a Google Maps map. Those companies may receive basic technical information, like your IP address, when your browser loads them. Links to Instagram, Vagaro and Google take you to sites with their own privacy policies.

Children

This website isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information online.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, subject to records we must keep. Contact (801) 888-6235 or beautykarmaskinandlaser@gmail.com.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new date.
